Shipping

At present, we only ship within Australia.

We offer free shipping Australia wide for all orders over $99.

Standard shipping is $9 and express shipping is $15.

Collecting Your Order

We offer free collection from our location in Mitchell Park, South Australia. The collection address will be provided at checkout and in your confirmation email.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your products with proof. We check all items for quality before they are dispatched and any refunds or returns will be at our discretion.

For Your Appointment

Lash Lift Aftercare

Avoid touching or rubbing the lashes because if lashes fall out from rough handling, they’re going to grow back straight. 

Avoid water in the shower, swimming, sauna and hot yoga for 24 hours.

Avoid using mascara or eye make up for 24 hours.

Post 24 hours, feel free to do anything you like because there is next to 0 maintenance.

Book your next appt in 10-12 weeks or when ALL of your natural lashes have gone back to normal.

Lash Extension Aftercare

After your appointment, please refrain from touching or fiddling with the eyelashes as it could affect the way that the glue is drying.

Please avoid getting the lashes wet in the shower or being in a very humid, steam filled environment such as a sauna or hot yoga for 24 hours as it will affect the retention of the lashes instantly.

Feel free to cleanse your eyelashes after your appointment with normal room temperature water as it can often help those with more sensitive eyes and it shouldn't affect the lashes.

Please continue to clean the lash extensions with the deluxe lash after care pack once and/or twice daily for optimal retention and squeaky clean lashes.

Please make sure to book in refills every 2-3 weeks. This may come to surprise you but attending regular refill appointments keeps your natural lashes healthy. When you wait too long and let your lashes grow out, the lash extension that is still attached to the natural lash becomes heavier and it can twist and turn and pull off the natural lash before it is ready for the shedding stage. 

Brow Lamination Aftercare

Avoid touching or playing with brows for 24 hours.

Avoid direct sunlight for 24 hours keep the serum applied at the appointment on for 24 hours because it acts as a treatment to nourish the hairs.

Avoid water in the shower, swimming, sauna and hot yoga for 24 hours.

Brush hairs upwards daily with mascara wand/spoolie.

Book your next appt in 6-8 weeks or when ALL natural brow hairs have gone back to normal.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

I am a mum to 2 fur babies (Lychee and Sunni) they’re very friendly but also very vocal. So as you're entering the premises, please expect that there will be barking (from Lychee especially because she thinks she's alerting me and protecting the house). As I am working from a home based salon.

Expect a consultation of what you're wanting to gain from this appointment, if you are a new client please come with an inspo photo of what you like as it helps me to understand what it is that you're after. 

Super relaxing and comfortable experience where it's two friends catching up on whats been happening and getting to know one another (most of the time it turns into a therapy session).

I'm super friendly and so straight forward and I will prioritise your comfort and your needs but please also speak up about what you need so I know how to accomodate you.

Please expect photos and videos to be taken as I enjoy showing my work on my social media.

Deposit

A NON-REFUNDABLE $30 deposit
is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be accounted towards the total due on your appointment day.

Your remaining balance will be due on the same day of your appointment.

You can pay by cash or bank transfer.

Cancellation/Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so via the “Cancel/Reschedule” button on the confirmation email that was sent to you upon booking.

Canceling or rescheduling your appointment must take place no less than 48 hours prior to your original booking. 

Failure to reschedule within these conditions will forfeit your deposit and a new booking will be required.

Sickness

Please be mindful of the lash
technician and other clients’ wellbeing. If you are unwell, please message me via instagram DM or my phone. If 48 hours notice is not given then your deposit is forfeited and late cancellation fees apply unless the lash technician
says otherwise. If you are getting over lingering sickness, please let me know and wear a mask before entering the premises.

No Shows/Same Day Cancellation

No shows with no explanation
or warning given will not only have the deposit forfeited but the remainder of the appointment must be paid the same day or you will no longer be making future appointments.

If for whatever reason you cannot attend your appointment on the day, please contact me. Your deposit will
be forfeited and a late cancellation fee of $50 is to be paid on the same day. If not paid then you will no longer be making future appointments.

Arrival

Please contact me upon arrival
via Instagram DM or text. Please make sure to arrive on time for your
scheduled appointment. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur,
however it is important to allow enough time to properly perform each service.
If you are running late, please contact me. No need to arrive early but if you do, please contact me and wait in your car until your scheduled appointment.

Late Policy

Due to my tight schedule, I
ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive at your appointment more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a “no show” and your deposit will be forfeited and the remainder of the appointment must be paid on the same day UNLESS
the lash technician says otherwise. Always contact me if you are running late.

Photos and Videos

Photos/videos will be taken
before and after as required by our insurance and may be posted on our social media platforms for marketing/advertising purposes. If you do not wish your photos to be posted on social media, please inform the lash technician during
your appointment.

No Guests

No children, pets or additional guests are allowed in the studio due to hazardous materials and
cross contamination. Drivers may wait in the car, drop you off and pick you up. Translators are allowed.

No Refunds

Refunds are at the discretion of the lash technician. We do our best to ensure complete satisfaction with the services we offer. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us and we can talk about the options available.

Preparation for Appointment

Ensure you have NO make-up on
or around your eyes as make up removal fee is $30.

Please avoid drinking any beverages that could
make your eyes twitch uncontrollably i.e., coffee, energy drinks, pre-work out.

Please use the washroom prior to your appointment to avoid the need to go during the appointment (washroom is accessible at your
appointment).

You are more than welcome to wear a mask during your appointment for whatever reason, otherwise no mask is needed. 

Please leave your shoes at the door upon entry.

Public Holidays and Out of Hours Surcharge

There will be a $15 surcharge
for EACH service you book on public holidays and out of hours
appointments.
